We started because the air in our home was making us sick.

Not dramatically sick. Just the kind of sick you stop noticing after a while — constant congestion, waking up tired, that low-grade fog that you chalk up to stress or bad sleep. It took a friend pointing it out for us to realize we had a problem.

We tested the air. The numbers were bad. We bought a cheap purifier. The numbers barely moved. We bought a better one. It helped, but it was loud, ugly, and cost more than it should have.

That's what Chazaco came out of — not a grand vision, just frustration with products that didn't do what they promised.

What we actually care about

Clean air is not a luxury. HEPA filtration technology has existed for decades. There is no good reason a reliable air purifier should cost 00+, look like hospital equipment, or require a degree to operate.

The Chazaco Air Pro covers 500 sq ft, uses a true H13 HEPA filter, and runs quietly enough that you forget it's on. That's the whole pitch. No app required, no subscription filter service, no gimmicks.

On dropshipping and honesty

We'll be straight with you: we source from manufacturers rather than making products ourselves. What that means in practice is that we spend a lot of time vetting suppliers, testing units, and refusing to sell things we wouldn't use in our own homes. The Air Pro went through four supplier iterations before we landed on one we were comfortable putting our name on.

If something arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, we make it right. That's not a marketing line — it's just the only way this works long-term.
