To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us through the Contact page. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away so we can fix it.
Non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on perishables, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, then place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If it is, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed and you still haven't received it, email us at contacto@chazaco.com.
